We know that waiting for our products can be difficult, so we strive to offer fast delivery. All orders placed before 1 PM are shipped the same day for next-day delivery. This applies to weekdays. If you order to a parcel shop before 12 PM on Friday, your package will arrive on Saturday. Free delivery to parcel shops for purchases over 80 eur, otherwise 15 eur shipping cost.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day cancellation right when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The period means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to mail@id2you.dk
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.
All packages are sent insured with UPS. ID2YOU.DK cannot be held responsible for delays by UPS.
